1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using TeessideDriveways.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Service Description
Teesside Driveways operates as a lead generation and referral service. We are not a driveway installation contractor and do not perform any construction work ourselves.
Our service is limited to connecting you with third-party driveway installers ("Service Providers") who operate in the Teesside area. We do not guarantee that a Service Provider will be available or willing to undertake your project.
3. No Contract for Works
Any contract for driveway installation or related works is strictly between you and the Service Provider. Teesside Driveways is not a party to any such contract and accepts no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or timely completion of any work performed by Service Providers.
4. Quotes and Estimates
Any quotes or estimates provided by Service Providers are their own. We do not set prices and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any estimates provided.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an enquiry. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in Service Providers being unable to assist you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teesside Driveways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party, including Service Providers;
- Any work performed or not performed by Service Providers.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
